Untreated Glass Tape

CLASS H

An electrical insulating tape woven from E22 Electrical Grade glass yarn, treated to avoid fraying – unvarnished.

THERMAL RATING: CLASS H 180°C

DIELECTRIC STRENGTH: Max 800V without impregnation with varnish.

APPLICATION: As finishing and consolidating tapes in most electrical apparatus where high temperatures are experienced. Also used on low voltage machines as a major insulation barrier. Final insulation properties depend largely on the impregnating varnish or resin used.
